Glitch
Glitch prioritizes the body as a vessel for feeling into irregularity. Considering glitching as a malfunction of norms, this work considers how felt knowledge serves as a productive indicator of interconnected relationships, fractured memory, intentionally undervalued loss, and the harm of environmental shifts. Playing with intricately timed cueing systems between elements of performance (choreography, materiality, light, and sound), Glitch is haunted by a feeling of simultaneous time.
Glitch will premiere in Portland, Oregon as an evening-length solo in 2026/2027
